Dr. Liu received his medical degree from the University of Toronto in 1994 and continued on there with his residency.  As well as being the medical director for HP Cosmetic, Dr. Richard Liu currently has his own private practice Ear, Nose and Throat Associates.  He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery as well as a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.

Jennifer Sassi was born and raised in Fort Myers. Jennifer received her Bachelors in Nursing at Florida Gulf Coast University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Jennifer worked in multiple hospital settings including: ER, Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU and served in many leadership roles. Jennifer graduated with honors from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Masters in Nursing as an ARNP and received a certificate as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from the Norman Wolford School of Nurse Anesthesia. Jennifer currently works at HP Cosmetic as well as Medical Anesthesia and Pain Management.
Jennifer works closely with Dr. Richard Liu at HP Cosmetic focusing on injectable cosmetics and is fully licensed through ASNA to perform the LipoDissolve procedure.
Jennifer is licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing and her professional memberships include Florida Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

Haley Joseph was born and raised in Fort Myers. She later moved to Tallahassee and attended Florida State University. Haley graduated from Florida State Universities school of business with a degree in Risk Management. Working with individuals and helping guide them to improve themselves aesthically is rewarding. Surprisingly, the most fulfilling aspect is not the change in each clients outer appearance but would have to be the inner changes you see happening. The boost in self-confidence or the new found self esteem makes you realize your really helping improve the quality of peoples lives. Maintaining a fun and fresh atmosphere at HP Cosmetic is a priority as well as taking special care of each and every client.

Alex Joseph has lived in Fort Myers for the past seven years. After graduating from Florida State University he decided to move here, his future wife's hometown. Pursuing a career in real estate gave him the opportunity to follow his dream of opening a medical facility designed to help people with not only the way they look, but the way they feel. Alex met Dr. Arcement in late 2006 and decided that Fort Myers could use a longevity center designed to help people feel well, look well, and live well. After opening the clinic, Alex sought out the help of his friend Dr. Liu to offer selective treatments to his friends and family for simple cosmetic procedures. The early clients had such positive feedback, that they decided to open the third part of the HP family, HP Cosmetic Center. Alex has attended numerous conferences, and classes on the newest and best treatments offered, and is very knowledgable on the techniques which Dr. Liu performs. Our goal is to provide our clients the highest quality service in the area at some of the most affordable prices. Alex strives to make each one of his clients ultimately become a friend and part of the HP Longevity family.
